Poor baby

Baby had her first shots today. 🙁 🙁

She’s so sweet and smiley that it was just an awful shock to see her screaming and crying like that. She occasionally gets fussy, but she pretty much never actually cries…it’s a heartbreaking sound.

Aside from the shots, everything else from her 2 month appointment was good. She’s getting big, already over 12 pounds! And she smiled on cue for the doctor and had several nurses cracking up with the little faces she makes. I know every mom thinks her baby is the best one, but I’m pretty sure all the rest of them are wrong, because mine is clearly the most awesome one ever.

Anyway, now she’s sleeping it off, and I’m hoping when she wakes up she won’t remember it. I’m already dreading taking her back in 2 months for another round of shots. 🙁
