Updates… got certified eviction letter from Tim on Saturday.  It had NO mention of previous letter I sent OR monies owed Bill.  It just restated what his last letter said.  We fired Bill’s work comp lawyer and gave the case to his disability and my future disability lawyer.  He said just go for Tim under small claims court but still get out of the house because when Bill stands before a judge saying he couldn’t pay rent because he couldn’t get a paycheck all to and from the same guy, he’ll go off on Tim.

Melissa called Bill and talked like a snotty know it all and told him lies and other "how it’s going to be" lies and bullshit.  We swear it’s all so Debi doesn’t look bad for being in contempt of court directly violating their divorce and custody papers.  Told him to call her this weekend for her visitation.  She told him her son couldn’t stay all night because he doesn’t do well away from home.  He’s 9 months old, who gives a fuck what he wants?  Plus he isn’t in the visitation order, he needs to spend weekends with his own dad.  She told him how close her and Amber (21 in July) were getting blahblahblah.  How much Amber missed him.  Well, he said, my phone number and address haven’t changed in a year, unlike them.  He’s talked to Melissa twice in 10 months and the last time he talked to Amber was winter of 2008, I think.  All they do is lie to him and treat him like shit anyway.  I told him I wouldn’t let them fuck him over, dad or not.  She just bitched and lied to him…. again.  Stupid bitches, all of em.
