Some E-mail Catch Up

E-mails sent out with life details that I want to put here:

Here’s the text of the main letter.  Other docs were numbers and trips etc.  Plus including list of issues.  Mailed out today, so hope you don’t find anything too bad.  I told Bill he’ll do one of 3: 1. Call Bill  2.  Come to the house   3.  Give it all to Beverly to deal with

We got an eviction notice from Bill’s sister’s husband that Bill was driving a truck for.  He quit the job because he wasn’t getting paid and then the guy told us, fine, get out of the house.  Since then mailing a letter to be out June 1.

Based on your letter dated April 15, 2010, we are in arrears for rent for the periods

At that time we can re-evaluate the funding on this situation. Perhaps our employment

status will change from unemployed to working and paying rent by that time. We will

certainly do everything within our means to get the rents to you in a timely manner

from this point forward.

We appreciate your understanding and cooperation of this issue and look forward to

a continued relationship of patience and mutual benefit.

AND updates to sistermom:

Yeah, been quiet, just gettin thru each day sometimes.  Always have lots of paperwork for this or that and the other.  My DUI is being pushed forward by the lawyer.  Bill has court this week to drop Debi’s support, she got a lawyer and that may be pushed too.  Friday is child support court.  We both have hearings Friday, me for DUI and his for Debi stuff, but not things we have to appear for.

No refunds yet, have to call and find out why, but just redid taxes Sunday for another $300 because Beverly gave us the wrong amount on the first 1099MISC.  I have written a letter to Tim in rebuttal to his eviction to us via Beverly letter.  I am also adding a list of property "issues" that we have told him about all along, but he has ignored.  I’ll attach those copies to you later today, Tues, don’t have the issues typed up yet and have to attach stuff via old style e-mail and I’d lose this note already started.

Yeah, wondered why you asked about net and cable, but that’s crap and no one ever asked us here about that.

Good luck with doctor and rest of PT.  It’s been a long road.

Today I have our Medicaid paperwork to fill out.  Bill has more disability paperwork and we just fired his work comp lawyer (mailing letter today) to give case to his disability lawyer, who refused to take my case until I have EVERYTHING re-diagnosed and assessed, which I will do when Medicaid goes thru.  The hospital billing company is helping us get our approval thru faster and they go back 3 months, to cover Bill’s recent doctor and hospital trips.  The other work comp lawyer is wanting him to settle for $15,000 and we told him we won’t break even for less than $20,000 and we want $40,000 because he still has issues AND they should pay hospital bills.  They said he’s screwed because he didn’t have regular doctor visits too and those periodic ER issues "could be from something else" even though the last ER said his cadaver bone in his neck has spurs and that is irritating his neck.  Even though one doctor said his upper injury has affected his lower back.  We’re lost in a pile of paperwork and bullshit.

Was going to have garage sale this Saturday, but not in a big hurry right now.  Tim’s eviction letter says we are to be out June 1 and he’ll do a walk thru with us the last week of May.  My figures counting the other 4500 approx miles he hasn’t even mentioned paying for because Midwest is probably not paying him.  I asked them what the paid mileage was because Tim refused to pay Bill.  Theysaid I’d have to get that info from Tim.  ASSHOLES.  So I am billing him for odometer miles.  Comes to over $1500, so I’m telling Tim our rent is paid til June 14th.  Will attach all that later in detail for ya.

Bill is getting a crew together again to go do painting and contracting again.  I am creating a company to get a checking account under and own for them to make checks out to.

We had the boys last weekend and that’s getting more challenging sometimes.  William is in his acting out in anger and talking back EVERY time you open your mouth phase.  He just started counseling so maybe that will help.

We went to the welfare office with Bill’s divorce and joint legal custody of his daughter paperwork and they REFUSED to tell him if she was on state aid and getting child support from her baby daddy.  They said it was a violation of HER PRIVACY.  That pissed us off to an unsafe level.  So there is a form Missouri has addressing the no visitation issue, instead of using contempt of court, so we’re filing that too.  The work comp lawyer did advise Bill to go to court alone with a list of grievances and since he’s unemployed that will "more help his case"…. so me the paralegal is preparing the case.  May have to appear this week for that unless her attorneys request for a continuance 30 days goes thru.  Word on the street she is suing for back medical bills, which he can refuse once she became pregnant.

Will get you all the money I can as fast as I can.  My DUI has fucked our lives up in an already trying time.  We sold the Explorer and had to use that for bills last week.  He’s getting his mom’s pick up, but we gotta put a new tranny in it, but it has a new engine, so it’s work the trouble.  He’ll get better jobs with a pick up to haul ladders around in too.

Tim doesn’t talk to us still, but Sherry, Sara and kids came by to go thru VHS tapes for us and then try to sell what’s left.  The Midwest trailer is still here.  Tractor is at his house cuz he’s scared Bill will do something to it?!  IDIOT, he has months to do that already, duh.  Rumor is he has a guy going to take it up there for him.  Tim is supposedly going to sign it on with Glenn again and do Cali runs, yeah, right, ok whatever.

I think that’s the latest I can think up right now.  Will do better with day to day updates, sorry.

And more today:

Got up at 10 when I heard The View coming on in the living room.  We’re both so stressed and repressing it so well that we are not going to bed til 3am.  Sometimes we nap on the couch and chair during prime time.  Bill has taken to loving a 2 or 3 hour nap during the day.  We got up at noon Sunday.  One day last week we all slept til 3pm after going to bed at midnight.  So the deal is that if we can’t manage the stress, at least our bodies are taking the rest they require.  Even lil Lefty beds in all day, not sure how big that boys bladder is!!  I pee every 2 hours sleep or wake.  Luckily since quitting truck driving I do get to make it to the toilet now instead of wetting the bed!

Today we were going to Hillboro to the free store and to file new paperwork I found on Debi.  Missouri got tired of having visitation contempt of court cases wasting their time so they created the "Motion for Family Access Form" http://www.courts.mo.gov/file.jsp?id=701.  I filled out out quoting the original "Joint Legal Custody" order for the mother to support and enable visitation.  EVEN BETTER than that they created a Response Form http://www.courts.mo.gov/file.jsp?id=702 that FORCES her to admit her guilt or show due cause to keep him out of her life.  While researching last night I saw an interesting fact I didn’t know:  If a parent is involved in ANY WAY with a homicide, including planning, knowing about and carrying out, their children are IMMEDIATELY allow to file termination of parental rights and get it INSTANTLY.  COOL!  We weren’t sure if we’d need another $43 to have her served though AND she had gotten an attorney and he filed a motion to continue 30 days.  Then TODAY I looked the case up and saw that YESTERDAY he filed a motion to withdraw himself from the case.  Word on the street was that she wanted back medical bills.  But the paperwork states she has to give them to him for him to be responsible, so we think he realized there was nothing to win for either of them.  So Bill calls Circuit Clerk ans she says the case is on the judge’s desk and she would call back.  Yeup, lawyer quit, but got his stay before then.  Gave us a new date of June 23rd.  Plenty of time to gather and get that Access done too.

Now I gotta get these Medicaid forms done and the rebuttal to my police report for my attorney.

We’re firing Bill’s work comp team and giving the case to his disability guy.  My doc has a stack of stuff for me and then we’ll get started on this thing in earnest.
