Day 3 In body by Visalus challenge
So my mom n i started doing it together and this is day 3 On day one i weighed 374 lbs. After day one i noticed my always hungry must eat something now drive is practically gone, and my mom has noticed her Blood sugar is down from being in teh 200s its been in the 100s more consistantly which is what her dr wants.
Faith in Action Fundraiser is oct 2nd 5-7pm at Grace Methodist in Dtown. which is where i am going actually going to have a vendor booth.
I am up to 6 customers this campaign which is more than normal so hoping to continue.this upward customer trend!
Thats all i got for now! must go deal with my dental pain…

hey was passing through and noticed that you had MADD as one of your interests and that you are from IL too. Was just wondering why you supported MADD and where in IL are you from? Also let me know if the body challenge actually works I’ve been hearing a lot about it around my area.
