work Is somethign going on….?

ok i’m getting a bit pod. with work my boss told me i wasn’t on the schedule for basically not performing well, I have only worked in my home studio 1 freaking day this month. HOW the hell can i have a performance record at my home studio, if my hours mainly come from a another studio that needs the help?  out of the 8 hours im getting this week their all at a different studio than my home studio.
Again next week IM not even on the schedule for my home studio again! I’m beyond pod. Are they trying to outright fire me? Or what? Im looking for another job, but the market is hell right now.  I need at least a 40 hour a week job. to get bills caught up n to stay caught up.
this is just freaking UGH!
