Computers have both positive and negative effects on society. The positive aspects are that they streamline businesses and the work load an employee can do in a day. However some of the bad aspects are the fact that most people want to spend all their time on the internet and being lazy in front of their computer.

            I constantly hear about how it was for my mother when she was growing up. We couldn’t do this and this and this and you don’t know how good you have it. I am sure I will be saying the same thing to my children when their growing up. Although we won’t have their stories to tell about the walking five miles in the snow to go to school stories but we will have our own.

            The main concern I have for computers affecting society is that by one day schools will be conducted from home because of the computers allowing students to be at home and go to school. Making the future generations even lazier than we have become already. *sighs*
