im falling apart.

besides my obsession with the name chris, my friendships and aquainteneces are goign nowhere im not really interested by the people i go to school with to become friendly im not inspired to get to know these people.

and on top of all that i have to write a speech about my strenghts skills and emotions or something like that how do u explain to people that your a emotional mess you have no particular skills you hate guys who party and you have no faith in ur self because of what some stupid ass people have done to u? its got to 4-6 min long and we can’t pre write the speech on note cards it has to be only notes.

I suck at public speaking. how the heck will i get through this. please advise asap.
