Strength
I now weigh 145 lbs (65.91 kgs), whereas 2 months ago I weighed 135 lbs (61.36 kgs).
I want to weigh anywhere from 155 lbs (70.45 kgs) to 165 lbs (75 kgs).
That’s my ultimate weight goal.
I’ll just keep excercising, eating, and taking those protein shakes.
And I’m sure Nicki and life will provide the motivation…..
