Halloween festivities & interview clothes?

Well, the week has come and gone, and nothing earth shattering happened. Things are still tense at home at moments, and then they are not…. It is a weird dynamic, one I hope does not last much longer. 

We went to the zoo for their halloween walk, and it was nice. I think. Travis went, I made him go spend time with his kids. Hehas to be around, he has to be a part of their memories. He is their father. Even if we don’t like each other as husband and wife. He is their father, and unless he screws that up, he always will be. I have to find a way to make it work and be happy with it. Despite how hard it is. 

Then that night we went to a halloween party one of my longest friends held. It was nice to see people, but Samara was struggling. Her sleeping is so bad right now, and then the fire alarm went off, and she just panicked. We had to leave early, but I suppose it is alright, it was late. 

My kids looked adorable. Samara was a bat, Sabastian was Bilbo, and SIrris SPock. I was Elvira…

This week is insanly busy, and I need help this week and I am not even sure who to ask. Samara has quiet a few tests for her sleep this week, I need help with the boys… The biggest problem is the all night sleep study, that I can’t take Sirris too, and I am supposed to begone all night, and I tried to get someone else to take her but nope, I haven’t found anyone. 

I do have my grad school interveiw. I am nervous about it… It is a big deal. A huge deal. This is my make or break moment.

WIth a pair of patent pointed black flats. The dress isn;t exact, but it is similar. 

I am not looking forward to the week. I am not going to lie, I simply am not… I mean, it is so stressful, it is a carefully constructed maze of appointments that if one goes askew my week is screwed…. 

Once again I struggle with thoughts of why am I doing this? Is it all worth it? It has to beright?

Today, I have household chores to catch up on, and finsih carving my pumpkins. I have 2-5 more to do today… I did one tradional, Mickey, Princess Luna, and a spider web. I still have Sirris Face, maybe Sabastian, and then some cute patterned ones. I am using a dremel this year, and it is a dream to use!!!! The wire brush, and the engraving tools are amazing!!!

If you can’t tell pumpkin carving is not something simple in my house. 

When I have conquered the week, I am sure I will be back. I have so much else to say, but you know… Sometimes it is better to silence the thoughts rather than let them escape out.
