Sad
My poor baby.
I HATE knowing that he is in so much pain.
I didn’t go in with him. Jake did. But I could hear him crying through the wall.
We’re both sad that he’s hurting…and it’s especially worse for him since he’s older than most boys are when they’re circumcised. But, we still feel that this was the best choice for him, so please, no anti circ comments.
Good news, though? He’s up to 24 inches! Don’t know why they measured him, but they did. That means that in the past three weeks, he’s grown 2 1/2 inches!
Oh, and apparently, my son does not have a small penis. Always good to know, right? LOL….well, it’ll be a nice anecdote to tell his future wife or something.

I think it is a good choice… esp for when he becomes a little older….the foreskin is a great place for bacteria to hide.. which if not cleaned (and we all know how men are.. haha)… could lead to infection.. so.. I applaud your decision even though it was hard.

poor noah. 🙁 I hope the pain goes away soon. my sil put a&d ointment on troy’s and that seemed to help the healing.
