Well Valentine’s Day is over. It didn’t go as planned, but we did get to see Rise of the Lycans which was amazing! I loved it! We tried to go out to eat but it was a 3 and a half hour wait so we made reservations for Monday. I am excited. This is the first Valentine’s Day that I ever got jewelery. I don’t have time to go into the whole story but this was the present that I got in bed that morning.
Isn’t it beautiful. The story behind it is the big heart is hubby’s love for me and the little heart is the baby’s love for me. Its from Zales and its gorgeous!

Here is my first baby bump shot. Hubby took it today. I’m 13 weeks.

cute lil bump!:) not sure why they didn’t try to do a regular ultrasound either- the tech said they don’t that early. I think every dr’s office is different- most places will try to hear the heartbeat with doppler at 10 weeks- but my dr said not until after 12- that is a very pretty necklace!!

That necklace is beautiful! AAww your baby bump is so cute!! One of these days I need to get my hubby to take one of me so I can post it. RYN: I agree 100%. There’s something special about hearing the heartbeat from your own baby and knowing it’s growing inside you. It’s amazing = )

RYN: Hopefully in NC it doesn’t get humid during the summer…now that would really be awful! At least in AZ it’s dry! My next appointment is March 4th, so not too far to go now. It always seems to drag! Hopefully the 12th comes fast for you! I hate the waiting!!
