and the days tick by so slowly

I haven’t really done much today… I went to work. Bryshawn was so cranky… I felt awful for him, but I finally managed to get him to sleep and then spent most of the day with Nashir. I finished my book, though I have only really read 5 books this summer and I am 10 away from the 15 book goal I wanted to reach. The summer went by fast and slow, I am so glad there are only 14 days til September.

I had a dream about Rob last night, but I don’t remember most of it. Only bits and pieces remain in my memory. His lips, his eyes, his touch, the way he held me close. I know that he wants to see me as much as I want to see him, I guess my irrational side has been getting the better of me. I still find myself worrying about what we will be like when he gets back, if he will be as romantic as I remember….. I am so used to feeling unwanted and unimportant and I sometimes wonder if that will happen when Rob gets home. I know that it won’t…. that I am just crazy but that doesn’t make my fear go away.

I talked with Army Chris today… I swear he keeps me sane. Since he and I have started talking he is always there… asking me how I am, saying good morning, he called me this morning at 8. Then tonight when I got home my psycho half brother Robbie was here…. fighting with my father, I told Army Chris about it and he said that he wished he was here so he could take me away and we could go out and walk under the stars, he could play his guitar for me. and its nice to have someone care.

My birthday is 5 days away, my orientation for work is a week after that and then classes start the week after that. Oh and I go to Virginia from the 31-2. Then if I get through September, which I am sure will fly by, it will be October and Army Chris is coming back up for a visit! I am so excited about that. Then All Hallows Eve, a Witch’s New Year, and I am looking very forward to doing it the right way this year. I don’t know what my group is doing, but I am going to have supplies and do a ritual of my own. Reconnect…

I wish that I would of gotten a call from Rob today, I wish that I could see him…
