Closing In

Tears stream down my face tonight,

my heart is dying under this strain,

when will everything be alright,

I fear this struggle may be in vain.

This lonely world is closing in,

even though I fight the walls,

I don’t think it is possible for me to win,

I lay on the ground and let the universe fall.

I’m not sure how you and your fiance are doing, but I still love my girlfriend very much, which is why I want a break–I feel some time apart will help separate the hate from the love/hate relationship I’ve developed with her (we’ve been through some very changing times). If you love something, let it go; and absence makes the heart grow fonder.

It would seem we are in the same position. I’m not sure what your religious beliefs are, but I’ll pray for you and your fiance.
