Jesus feeds 5,000

* the apostles gathered around Jesus and reported to him all that they done and taught. Then, because so many people were coming and going that they did not even have a chance to eat, he said "Come with me by yourselves to a quiet place and get some rest."

So they went away by themselves in a boat to a solitary place. But many who saw them leaving recognized them and ran out on foot from all the towns and got there ahead of them. When Jesus landed and saw a crowd, he had compassion on them because they were like  a sheeo without a shepard. So he began teaching them many things.

By this time it was late in the day, so his disciples came to him."This is a remote place," they said, " and it is already very late." "send the people away so they can go to the surrounding countryside and villages and buy themselves something to eat." But Jesus answered" You give them something to eat."

They said to him" That would take eight monthes of a man’s wages.Are we to go and spend that much on bread ad give it to them to eat? "

"How many loaves do you have? Go and see."

When they found out they said"Five and two fish."

Then jesus directed them to sit down and in groups they did so. in hundreds and fifties.

Taking the five loaves and the two fish he looked up to heaven, he gave thanks and broke the loavesand he gave it to the disciples, splitting what he had evenly. They all at and were satisfied. Then when the disciples cleaned up,they picked up 12 baskets full of left overs. The number of the men that had eaten were 5000.*

What might this story say to anyone afraid that they never have enough?

If you had to feed 5000 what would you serve? would you ask God to help?

When was the last time you heard the words lets go to a quiet place and reflect? When was the last time you have done just that?

when you relax Do you feel guilty? Do you ever think of what you have that others don’t?

Where is God calling you To share what you have?

What does he want you to share?

That is my rant for the day..Well not really a rant I just want people to think. I think alot of people just see the horrid things in there life and they do not realize there are people else where that does not even have a ounce of what they have.  I think even if you are not christian you should still be aware of others. Of what your own actions can do. What things you can do to help others.Think Hard.Is there someone that needs you now? Think Hard.I s there some thing you can be doing to bless your life?
