Uncreative.

We got tv back last night! So last night and this morning, we actually got to watch things if we wanted to. This afternoon it started to show “temporarily out of service” (or something again) but that has recovered now.

Still no internet, which is the real harsh part. We have 3 green lights instead of 2, so that’s something, but we need 4 for it to work! Yargh. I can’t get a person when I call either, just the same “outage reported in your area that may be affecting your service… goodbye” that I’ve been hearing all week.

We had a frozen pizza for lunch (not still frozen, of course!) and watched V for Vendetta. We’re running out of dvds to watch. We went to Kmart for a new lamp (our old one is a design for an 8 year old girl, we ‘inherited’ it from Kristen when she went to college and we got her room. It’s stupid and the shade grips the bulb, and the other day a bulb shattered in my hand which was the final straw!) but I think they were all bulb-gripping shades. Or maybe not, now that I really think about it. Which sucks, Kmart makes me faint-feeling now I’m pregnant (and they only had some power, so we had to walk up and down the escalator.) so I’m in no rush to go back, but I need a new lamp! Then we went to Stop & Shop for a roast chicken, but they weren’t ready for half an hour. We sat in the car waiting. It was so worth it, mmm… delicious dinner.

This entry has no real end…

I love roast chicken! And nothing like making some chicken soup with the leftovers 🙂

I bought a hot chicken yesterday too. And some salad stuff. I went out for dinner and the others had chicken sandwiches.

V for Vendetta is a brilliant movie! Hooray for getting power back! Hopefully every thing else will follow soon.
