The pitter patter of little easophaguses

Look at how burnt the butts on these got? They are pretty tasty, but the espresso makes them a bit bitter. The texture is different from store-bought meringues, which I’m not fond of. And they are sticking to my teeth, which is perhaps because I pulled them out of the oven a touch too early. I was getting tired of waiting, and tired in general. I needed my caffeine hit.

I want a shower, but I don’t want to have to dry myself off afterwards, that’s just too much effort.
