Forever zoom like a singing horse.

This weekend was absolutely disgusting. We were out and about early Saturday, driving along with the windows down and the whole way there it smelled like we were in a forest and it was amazing and I couldn’t stop saying how amazing and lovely it was.

And then we went to the laundromat, and by the time we were done it was the middle of the day and disgustingly hot and humid. So we went to the mall and had Subway and got a GIANT drink so we could be hydrated in the car.

Went to Target, where they sucked and had a huge variety of shorts, all either incredibly ugly or incredibly short. I can’t do those really short shorts that I seem to see everywhere. I have too much of an ass for that. We also meant to get a new fan but somehow forgot. Thankfully Costco had some. We now have this kickass awesome fan that feels like a fresh breeze coming from the window.. such nice.

The rest of the day was spent moving as little as possible. And that was how Sunday was spent too. A cool change came through in the evening, and ever since it has been lovely and breezy and even kind of cold. I’m still wearing as little as I can, trying to take advantage of the coolness before it gets disgustingly hot again.

We got some donuts at the store today. Apple cider cake donuts. They are SO GOOD. The way we do snacks amuses me – we go ages without any form of snack in the apartment, and then once we cave and get one thing we end up with a huge amount of stuff. Currently we have 3 kinds of icecream, 2 kinds of potato chips, donuts and the little bite-size bits from both batches of caramel slice I made last week. And we have a small pile of easter eggs that my mum sent me recently. So much tasty.

So… yes. That’s some goodness. More goodness? Mum gave me her flight info today. I get to see my mummy in just under 3 weeks. YAY!!

Yay for mummy! And Clay and I do the exact same thing with snacky stuff. Nothing for ages and suddenly BAM! tonnes of snacky-crap! I couldn’t imagine weari g those shorts either. I was horrified when at walmart I noticed they have those things in size 4X! Nooooooo! If you make it, some moron will wear it damn it! ~jo

I see girls younger than me wearing shorts like that and I just go… HARF? DDDDD: Umyourbutt’sfallingoutkthx. LMAOOOO I also have too much bum-oley to wear shorts like that! It’d be scandalous. I love apple cider. I love apple things SO much- my favorite warm dessert since I was very little has always been apple pie. 8D (back when McDonald’s didn’t make a kind that was so… yarrgh not edible by JJs.) ryn (again! 8D): Gaaah, sorry I mistook the bread fungusy for tree fungusy!! What was spread on the bread? I made the mistake because I have SERIOUSLY seen moldy bread with a layer of mold that looks a lot like that. Yours however looks too delicious to be mold, so how I made the mistake is beyond me. ajfdklsjdkslj *shame* I’m glad your legs are better now. 😀 Yay!

Sooo gonna watch that clip later, ’cause I have to get off the ‘puter as soon as I nort it up one last time for today. I have now norted the new years’ entry. I can’t look at the title anymore, though. I keep laughing my head off. Mostly because of an ironic coincidence of the word munchkin with a surname both being in our minds- although my version is “Munchkin Fartacus”.

ryn: I think I just want three kinds of ice cream in general. I very nearly bought one kind of ice cream tonight, but didn’t on account of it being cold. What I really wanted was one of the individual Sara Lee microwave choc chip puddings that they don’t seem to make anymore. But the so-chocolate-it’s-almost-black Homer Hudson ice cream was on special and I was rather tempted… Why haven’t entreed this year? Excellent question… I really need to document some kind of cooking escapade with photos and things. I will, soon *nods* My rambly-seeming nort isn’t even halfway to the limit!!

there is a grocery store chain here that has ROOT BEER ICE CREAM. I want it.
