Increase the puppyness

This weekend has been another lovely one. We had to move the bed again, I didn’t want it pressed up against the wall anymore. The windows are crappy and let cold air in, as does the doorframe which I was right next to when sleeping. And this weekend has been a cold one (it was still below freezing at midday on Saturday), so we needed the heater on, and I didn’t want the bed pressed against the heater-thing along the wall. Can’t have the plastic bits melting again.

So it felt like a completely different hotel-holiday than last week felt like. Last week was "hot" this week was cold. Nice.

On Friday I managed to fuck up my left wrist. I tried to remove the lid on the the shampoo bottle when in the shower and I just ended up hurting. Most of Saturday I hurt even when just resting my arm next to me. Today it’s been doing better (although typing isn’t exactly the smartest idea right now…) and then I had to make up the hair-washing concoctions and opened up the shampoo bottle. I realised after what I had done. Ow.

We bought these odd Doritos, they are cheeseburger flavoured. I really can’t decide if I like them. They REALLY taste like cheeseburgers, with mustard and ketchup and pickles. So so confusing. And the flavour lingers for hours and hours… but… yeah. Pretty tasty.

On less weird food-related notes, we made this yummy soup the other day. Although, we put at least 3 times as much pasta in it as it called for, and so it came out more like an incredibly saucy pasta. Still very very awesome.

Ok, I think I’m gonna have to avoid this keyboard until my wrist doesn’t hurt at all anymore. It really sucks being a mostly left-handed typist. Although that doesn’t suck when I’ve been writing by hand a lot.

Title: I think Jake misheard the tv saying something about decreasing puffiness. He asked me if I "decrease puppyness" and really… why would anyone want to decrease the cuteness that is puppies?

LOL, I’ve done that with pasta in soup before…ends up very thickly sauced! 😉 Hope your wrist feels better tomorrow.

You got your butt kicked by a shampoo bottle? OUCH! We try those ‘funky’ chip flavors once in a while… they’re usually not very impressive. I think the ‘cheeseburger’ flavor was the one where CRC and I each tried one chip, made a face, and have them to Grampa. Grampa’s a human garbage disposal, food never goes to waste over there. 🙂 Feel better soon! ~Shady

My mum’s friends dog had 4 puppies last week, and her other dog had 7 last night. When they can walk I’m going over to roll on the floor in the sea of puppyness 😀

Cheeseburger flavoured doritos sound weird :/

Yeah, Saturday was cold. And I worked outside in it for 4 freakin’ hours! Uncool!

I agree… puppyness should only ever be increased!

Ouuu, the title really grabbed me! But, as you know, I always have increased puppyness at my house. Hehe. Hope your wrist heals quickly! ~jo

That is one heck of a shampoo bottle you got there. Maybe a flip top would work better for ya. 🙂

RYN: Thank you. 🙂

Ooh those Doritos sound interesting! I wonder if they’ll get released in Oz.

you could always buy a tiny tv for the bedroom – then you wouldn’t have to keep moving the bed! 😀

RYN: “5 different kinds of mint.” *gags* Sorry, not a mint fan, that would have been akin to torture for me. *winkles nose* ~Shady

RYN: *laughs* Now I want punch! A nice Hawaiian Punch!

Puppies should never be decreased. The more happy, adorable puppies there are, the better. <3 I hope your bed and bedroom is less drafty and more comfy now. 😀 And poor Sez wrist! ;_; It’s amazing how sometimes it’s WAY too easy to hurt/twist your wrist like that. Just like an ankle. They’re built the same way I swear. D: D: In all their…delicateness. LOL cheeseburger chips!! New to me!
