Fake nails make the fingers incognito!

Puff pastry pumpkins covered in brown sugar? Best dessert ever? Well, maybe not quite THAT good, but oh, they were tasty. We had chicken pot pie for dinner and I needed to use up the leftover bits of puff somehow. I’m really looking forward to the next time I have leftover puff. Puff is a funny word. Puff.

Jake is watching… something. Some movie with a bunch of men in camoflage in a jungle somewhere and then it cuts to flashes of someone or something watching them through heat seeking imagery. Odd.

I’m not sure why I’m writing today, I don’t really have anything to say. It’s been a nice relaxing day. The most exciting thing that happened was I found an odd bug in the back room. And then I went to take it outside and found it was just the shell of a bug. Or it was dead. I’m gonna go with shell… it felt rather shelly.

Ooh, and you know what’s good? The pain in my leg that I wrote about yesterday was gone when I woke up. Obviously it just couldn’t handle the fame that comes with being mentioned in my diary.
