Delicious round of circle.

It’s been so lovely getting to spend 5 days totally with Jake. I love when he gets time off. Today we did… nothing. We watched Mousehunt.

We also made delicious stuffed sweet potatoes for dinner, using a recipe the lovely Lianne Marie posted as a guide.
 

Sultanas (raisins), mozzarella, wilted and chopped spinach, a bit of cinnamon and nutmeg and a small splash of hot nando’s sauce (that I couldn’t taste at all, but Jake could. I could just taste the cinnamon and the tato but I have an ‘undeveloped palette’ according to my husband. lol)

Very delicious dinner. I approve of our food-making skills. Mmm..

Tempted to pull some brownie out of the freezer for dessert, but I know I don’t really want it, just kinda do because I know it is there. It’s like the jar of creme eggs… they just get eaten.
