World-travelling bracelet!

Today on the way home from the laundromat, we passed a bakery that is across the road from where we used to live. They had a sign out by the road advertising all the things they had today. One being zeppole, which stuck in my mind. So we went for a walk. And this was the result:

How yummy looking is that? 🙂 It was pretty massive, we should’ve shared one. So much chocolate pudding/custard/whatever the stuff inside was. So good. Want another.

This evening we went to the local italian restaurant (right next to the bakery) for a pizza dinner with Jake’s mum. We got 2 medium pizzas and now there is an entire medium pizza in the fridge. But then we all had 2 rolls, and we shared a massive plate of calamari for appetizer so not much pizza got eaten. Which is a good thing, I was hoping for a bunch of leftover yummies. If all works well, the few things we bought at the store today will be all our groceries for the week. $12! That would rock.
 
I’m rather sleepy, the restaurant was warm and lovely and now that my belly is full I just want to sleep. Mmm….
