Butterflies and belly buttons

Today has featured a cupboard reeking of vinegar. Hurt my nose. Silly dirty thing. Still is dirty, but only on the ground. Hopefully soon it will be nice and clean and full of food.

I really should check the cheaper grocery store for rice crackers. But where would they be? Cookies? International stuff? Hopefully they are still at the store next door. I need more. It’s a good thing to have around, much better than a giant jar of creme eggs or homemade cookies/brownies. (that creme egg jar is still pretty full, I think I’ve only had 5 or 6. Which, seeing as that photo was taken about 12 january, that’s pretty awesome. I used to go through a bag of 4 a night. 🙂

I want to make something with roasted garlic. Mostly coz the roasted garlic head looked awesomely cool on tv. I also kind of want to make savoury cookies. But all the recipes I find have rosemary in them, and I do not like rosemary. It’s not as bad as the smell of the spring rolls my dad used to heat/eat (still eats? Who knows) but it is not an enjoyable scent for my nose.

The grocery store was FULL of people today. Mostly old people. It’s the same time we normally go too, so I don’t know why we don’t always encounter such an influx of elderly. So many people were being aisle hogs too, wasn’t the elderly either. Was everyone else.

Tomorrow is laundry, so we made the bed with clean sheets. All I want is to go sleep. It’s been hours, and the fresh bed has been taunting me. It is almost bedtime. Yay!

We had pasta for dinner. I couldn’t decide between farfalle or tortellini so we ended up having both. Now there is a massive pile of pasta in the fridge. Yay, leftovers!

Jake is watching some kind of really crappy movie. Heh, she just whacked a guy in the face with a microphone.

My thumb is dry from being licked to seal envelopes. I don’t lick envelopes. I usually employ hubby, but he’s watching crap still.
