Love does not equal tube sock

There is a car outside with a very annoying repetitive tune playing. Well, annoying repetitive bass anyway. It sounds like it is coming from right outside but it is in fact the other side of the building and next to the grocery store, not us. This place has weird acoustics. Inside and out.

I went to the post office today, and I was right, kinda perilous journey. Many slippy points, but thankfully I didn’t tumble. There was one point where i had to walk over a sheet of ice with water under it. Very weird, and not something I would’ve ever expected on a footpath.

I’m nervous about tomorrow. So glad Jake got the day off so he can come with me. I’m so glad he works for people who allow him to take days off to come support me like this. I would be so much worse if he couldn’t come. Hopefully once this part is done then I am an unconditional resident. I have a letter from USCIS that I can’t tell if it is generic or specific. Frustrating.

Zebu has butt-icicles, which is highly amusing.

Odd socks?

February 6, 2009

But – I think love would equal tube socks for you – you like socks. And especially the ones with the toes seperated. I see them and think of you 🙂 ~L

Lots of luck that everything works out for you today! ♥

I get really irritated when I can hear repetitive bass from a distance; Kaes’ nextdoor neighbour does it aaaaall the time. Drives me up the wall!
