Something mysterious is the smell of pie

It has been raining all day. Started last night actually. This is amazing and weird. Did Jake and I bring the weather with us?

Jelly is being weird, he is climbing all over the filter in his tank and then trying to jump off it. At least that’s what it looks like. (Jelly is an axolotl… the spelling of which I am so not sure of) …oh, he’s just trying to swim against the current. How cute.

Tomorrow we are early-ish lunching with the Ellen and her girlfriend. So that shall be nice. And potentially gnocchi-tastic. Oooh, speaking of tastic, I found a bar of chocolate today that is ‘tiramisu’ flavoured… it has this weird coffee flavoured stuff in it and is very… whoa. Strong maybe is the word?

Mum and I made two christmas cakes and a christmas pudding today. It was awesomely delicious, I love those things in raw form, so licking the beaters/spatula/bowl is awesome for me. I’m not too fond of them once heat is applied, although I haven’t had them in years so I may like them again. Shall try.

I’m really sucking at this posting a picture every day. It’s kinda hard though, when you don’t do anything you don’t really take pictures. Although I did get ones of Natey and Claire wearing her awesome scarf thing as a turban, Claire also featured fruit on her head and dancing. She is so awesomely weird.

I think it is bedtime. Then at least I can escape the mad whirring combination that is the computer and (mostly) Jelly’s filter. They go off when sleep happens.
