Crispy edges, squishy innards
I made anzac biscuits today, and man they are yum. In fact, I made them 10 minutes ago, so they are still warm. And have a delightful hint of honey from the honey granola I used ( had no rolled oats, and they were being made as a way to get rid of ingredients, so would be silly to buy stuff)
We were feeling lazy and too busy watching an NCIS marathon to make dinner, so we had pizza. Rather nice pizza too (if you ignore the weird bottom-crust)
Mmm… cookies that slightly taste like honey joys. Yum.
Dude, this time next week I should be on Oz soil. I say dude a lot lately don’t I. Ah well. Mmm…. soon to be home.
CREEPY! We watched 2 episodes of NCIS tonight too (I love Abby!), and we ate pizza, and then I made cookies!
