Christmas, Valentines, and a birthday all in one!

Twas Valentines Day. Not anymore, its now 1:23 in the am. I’m buggered, but hyper at the same time, so I’m eating nerds and writing this and once all this is done I shall go to bed. I promise! Not like  I said I would yesterday and ended up playing on the puter for another 2 or 3 hours. hehhehe

My nerds are pink and purple. Well now just pink, I ated the purple berries, they didn’t taste like burning…

So YES! Today I got up and was SO EXHAUSTED so that was great. Talked to Jake lots, so w00t. Told him that it was a year ago that he first gave me a kiss (via a yahoo emoticon, but it counts! heh) and besides that I was just too tired to make sense.

Had a nap from 1-2, when Jake was watching some tv. Then when he went to bed at 3:15 (??) I went and had more of a nap for another hour. I had to nap twice coz the first one just made me more tired.

Oh yeah, for those who didn’t see it, Jake did an entree featuring pictures of my gorgeous kittycat – headbutt. (just ignore the words about "finally bonded" coz this cat loved me from the first moment she saw me when I picked her up. very smart of me, picking up a stray cat. lol)

So got up at 4:15, got dressed checked the bus timetable got ready and left in 10 minutes. Caught bus to Greensie and then sat around the station for half hour waiting for Jenn to turn up. Lucky I was smart and figured she was on the train that was coming soon (the one we needed to be on to get to the city) and so yay. She was being all braggy through the window at me that she had stuff, till the next station when she changed carriages and was sitting with me.

She gave me the most lovely valentines card, nearly made me cry! Made me wish I’d gotten her something too…

So yes. Went to the city, has kfc for dinner which was pretty awesome as the zingy was hot-spicy, its normally quite bland these days. so w00t for that. Then we went the whole few minutes via tram to Rod Laver Arena, where the concert was. Twas cool, I had 2 empty seats next to me.

Twas an awesome concert, wish I could’ve taken Jake coz he would’ve enjoyed it much more than Jenn did (she seemed to be enjoying it, but how much fun can something be if you hardly know any songs and aren’t really a fan?)

Everyone sang happy birthday  to rob coz yea, it was his birthday.

there were these girls behind us who were screaming every 5 seconds, and when they weren’t they were waving their phones around making shadows happen which made it hard for me to watch the stage. Eh.

And I gots me a tshirt.

We weren’t happy as he came on, coz he had hair! And no sunnies! So he wasn’t bald with sunnies!!! However, they had these random pictures on cards at the merchandise area, so I gots me one, coz he is, in fact, ‘bald’ with sunnies.

Came home, mum picked us up from the station and was being weird and random and hilarious like Jenn and I are. Was going on about kangaroos with hats and I said they should also wear a monocle but she reckons only if also wearing a bow tie.

Oh yeah, I don’t think I mentioned it the other day? We were returning from a stalk and Jenn noticed a kangaroo crossing sign that she hadn’t seen before. So after the next stalk, I put high beams on and then around the corner… there were 2 kangaroos on the side of the road. just standing there. But it was sooo funny. Coz they were there.

When I got home I had garlic bread coz it was the easiest and quickest thing to make, so now I keep burping and it tastes like garlicy nerds.

Oh yeah… and the christmas part of my title? the ticket was my christmas present from jenn (apparently also my bday present, but i didn’t know such till today!)

The concert was my thing to count downt to before Jake got here. Now the thing to count down to is… Jake gonna be here next tuesday!!!!!!!! If only Jake and James were coming on the same day, not consecutive days, coz then Jenn and I could go to the airport together.
