Scrap Stats & Page Pics

Dear Diary,

This past weekend I took a break from scrapping Spring Break and worked on more current events…. little trips, Easter, Kindergarten stuff, etc.  It felt good to get all those loose ends caught up.  Last night I updated my scrapping spreadsheet and found out that I now have a total of 10,250 scrapbook pages!  There are 174 books.  Two of the books from California Adventure and Carsland still have a lot to be done in them.  I have a few pages to do in our current family book and in the Kindergarten album but the other 171 books are complete.  I have a total of 95 pages to do in order to be completely caught up.

Here are some of the pages from this past weekend.  I think I finished 60ish pages….

Reagan’s recent soccer endeavor…..

Setting up the playhouse in March….

Rehoboth Beach the weekend before last (I’m looking forward to this coming beach weekend!)

More Rehoboth and then dinner at Go Brit!

Cape Henlopen…

The Disney Store in NYC….  Above the castle there was a screen where the UP balloons would raise behind it.  I saw this paper and couldn’t resist.  These balloons get me every time!

Magnolia Bakery, NYC…. both Greenwich and Bloomingdales are included on this page…..

The paperie I loved so much in Greenwich Village…

Moving on to Easter scrap….

The mask the bunny gave him is included on this next one….

Just before our outdoor egg hunt at home….

The end of the outdoor egg hunt and then some Easter crafts……

For Reagan’s Easter Morning basket we did an outdoor hunt and an indoor hunt using maps to gather up all the goodies to fill his basket…..

Snowplay at school….

I’m away at the beach this weekend but plan to bring a small scrap project along with me.  The following weekend I hope to catch up completely so that I can just maintain scrap this summer.  We’ll see…. scrap continues to happen…. it’s an ongoing project!

174 books!! Holy mother of all things crafty!! I can’t even begin to imagine! Where do you keep them all? Pics of the storage please? 🙂 How often do you, K & R take them out to just look through them and relive them. How long have you been scrapbooking? And… do you see yourself continuing at this pace? Does Keith like that you do it or is he pretty indifferent? Inquiring minds!! 🙂

I love the paper you used with the Central PArk. So cute and Japanesey! 🙂 Oh, one more question: how would you say your scrapbooking preferences/interests/resources/skills have changed since you started?

Ha! Scrap happens. So true!

Beautiful as always.

How do you know that you have 95 pages left to scrap? Do you have a rough draft in your head (or on paper)? Because when I used to scrapbook, I would sit down with my materials and my pictures and just work.. I never knew ahead of time if my page would use one picture or eight, so I couldn’t plan how many pages I had. Curious how you do it.

Wow! I wish I could find time to scrapbook. I miss it so much. Very, very cute pages!

So many albums!! Can you please show us an updated picture of your album storage please? 😉 Loving the Easter egg maps, by the way. 🙂

My goodness, 10,000 scrap pages?! I bow to you. I don’t scrap because, dear Lord, I have enough projects and interests as it is. If I had more buttons and paper (I use a lot of buttons on my crochet) and glue and tape laying around here, I think that would be the official breaking point for my husband!
