This is the week

This is the week everything finally comes together. We are FINALLY closing on the refinancing today and we will be rid of the horrendous mortgage we got stuck with 2 years ago. Mega high interest rates that drained us dry. Like we had so much to drain! LOL! Anyway, after 7 long years, the mortgage is in both our names as is the deed and the payment is at a normal rate. We will save $200 a month and the payment includes the taxes and insurance, a savings of about another $200!

Tomorrow I have a 5 hour orientation for substitute teaching. They rushed the paperwork through just in the nick of time since I start on Friday. Thursday I will sit on the classes just to see how she runs it. I have more to write, but I also have other things to get done before I crash so I’ll be back! I just wanted to let you all know all is well and yes, I am still alive! LOL!
