Nothing Too New…But…

I just figured I’d pop on and say hey to everyone. Happy late 4th of July too you all as well.

We are all unpacked and settled. The moment I have a few extra minutes I promise I will do the video tour of the new house. PROMISE!! I love it here. It’s so quiet and peaceful. The people that I’ve met are also nice.

Riley and Owen are good. They have gotten to the stage in there life where we don’t want to nap anymore, which makes for a long day for mom. A day FULL of laughing, crying, giggling, and whining. [Interesting combo.] We got them new toothbrushes. The got a battery powered one and they LOVE it. We have to brush our teeth all day. When I put them away, I put them in the medicine cabinet and when it’s time for bath time one of them will get the toys from under the sink and the other will climb the toilet, open the cabinet and attempt to get the toothbrushes. I do, however, stop that one before they stand on the toilet. There have been a couple sneaky times though.

Pat and I are good…sorta. A new girl started at work. I skinny little blond…right up his alley, and I am so sick to death of hearing him talk about her. I’ve told him I don’t like it and we ended up not speaking for a few [8] hours. This girl is looking for a girlfriend [the lesbian kind, not the girl that’s a friend. I had to explain what I meant to my mom.] and she wants to talk to me. WHAT?! Plus she wants to watch my kids. I DON’T KNOW THIS FUCKING GIRL!! Ugh!! So yeah…I’ve told him, he wants her get the fuck out of my house and I’ll see you in court. He says he doesn’t so we’ll see.

So yeah, Michael Jackson is dead. Can’t say I liked the man because I personally didn’t know him, but I like his career. It was a shocker to me when I heard about it…last week. I understand that he’s the King of Pop, but let the man rest in peace already. It’s like Heath Ledger all over again. Every other channel I go to is something having to do with MJ. yesterday I seen at least 6 [standard cable] channels running the same thing…the memorial. He’ll be missed, but damn, let him be.

Well, I think that’s it for me. Gonna go get in the shower and get ready to go to sleep. I don’t feel like doing anything today. I’ll do it all tomorrow. The kids toys will still be here along with the dishes and laundry. I’m taking the night off…:) Love you all.
