Wedding Stuff 2 PLUS, does anyone read?

Well I’ve been a busy little bride-to-be. We have the minister [yay], the church and the reception hall. The minister that is going to marry us is the minister that married my dad and my step-mom. His name is Mr. Metz and just talking on the phone with him once, I could tell he was the one that I wanted to do the ceremony. Plus the church [and Mr. Metz] are available for July 25!! And as for the reception hall, I got what I wanted. It’s at the Livonia American Legion…which is again…where my dad and step-mom had there’s.

Pat and I also worked out invitations. Once taxes are deposited into the account they will be ordered. I do have pictures of them, and I’ll post them for you all to see.

We also have our colors, baby blue and baby yellow. Pat is signed up for Tuxedo Junction to get him and Sean fitted for their tuxes. I have a dress fitting on the 7th of February. [Next weekend!! :)] I also picked my father/daughter dance song. It’s my childhood song “Fishing In The Dark” by The Nitty Gritty Dirt Band, and my dad always played it and whenever it’s on he’ll say “Manda, here’s your song.” It just has special meaning and when I was talking to my mom she also suggested that I do that song. She said that it will make my dad cry…which is a rather rare occasion. The day of my wedding he will more than likely wear sunglasses because he doesn’t want me [or anyone else for that matter] see him cry. I love my daddy!! 🙂

Well I’ve been working like crazy. My last day off was Sunday and I won’t see another one until this coming Thursday. I was suppose to have today off, but someone called in for whatever reason and Mindy asked me if I wanted more hours and I said sure. My schedule for tomorrow also changed. I was suppose to work 3:15pm-8pm but Andrea called me when I got home today and asked if I wanted to switch with her. I said sure so I’m working 12:30am-4:30pm, which in my eyes is so much better. It gives me time to do the food shopping and I have to go to the pharmacy and fill my Citalopram. It’s been different working all these hours. I barely see Pat, but we have to do what we have to do. He did, however, was good to me and came home early and spent the evening with the kids and I. It was good just to feel his presence in the house. I miss him so much.

Hmm, what else? My depression is [I think] under somewhat control. I still have my days, but lately I’ve been so busy to notice. [By the way, just because I’m so busy doesn’t mean I don’t log on here daily. I do read my favorites everyday, I just don’t have the time to note everyone individually. Just know I love you all.]

The kids are doing good. I have to watch them this weekend [TMI]…their bowel movements have been a little weird. What’s it mean if there poop is grass stain green?!?! There are no other colors it’s just green through and through. They are acting normal. Playing. Drinking. Eating. I don’t know. If it doesn’t end by Monday I’ll call the doctor. [END TMI] On the plus side we have no more binkies. Owen and Riley so nicely chewed them to death and I REFUSE to buy anymore. Tonight was the first night for Owen to go to bed without one. Riley doesn’t really care for them much she just likes them to chew on them so I’m not call that worried about her freaking out in the middle of the night. Owen on the other hand…I don’t know. Like I said it’s his first night without one and so far so good. *KNOCK ON WOOD* I didn’t make too big of a fuse over it. I just put him in bed, covered him up, gave him his turtle, his Tickle Me Cookie Monster, and his snoring goat thinger, and out the door I went. [And if you were curious about what Riley sleeps with, she gets covered up, and she get her Glow Worm [if she’d leave the ‘guts’ inside the body], her Tickle Me Elmo, and her snoring bunny thinger.] He rocked himself to sleep and haven’t heard anything in 3 hours.

Well I think that’s it for the moment. I’ll write when I get a spare moment [or when I do my dress fitting…which ever comes sooner.] Love you all, and I’ll be doing a favorite clean out here soon. I’m sick off having all these people on my favorites list that don’t read me [that I know of].
