Surgery…quick and to the point…for now.

It’s going to be a short on right now. I’ve been up since 4:45 this morning. Owen had to be at the hospital at 6:15am. We got in and they were quite quick. Did his vitals and he was good. We were a little nervous that we weren’t going to do the surgery because yesterday he was running a fever of 102.2 degrees F. It’s back to normal today. He got taking to the OR at 7:48 and they were done around 8:20. It’s a small incision. He got some Morphine and some Tylenol. He did great. Had no issues with the anesthesia or waking up. We were discharged around 9:30ish. He’s doing alright. A little on the ‘high’ side. He’s sleeping now. But I just wanted to write this to let everyone know that surgery went great, he’s great, and it was quick and simple. I am going to go and lay down for a while. [Oh, so there aren’t any questions, Riley is at my dads. She’ll come home tomorrow.] I will write more later.
