I PICKED MY WEDDING DRESS!!!!

So I went to David’s Bridal the other day. Of course I took pictures!! I did also manage to find THE DRESS!!! Now don’t mind what I look like. I was still sick, just got done with class, took Pat to work, and spent an hour in traffic to get up there. Here goes.

Dress #1 –
It’s a strapless satin A-line gown with beaded metallic Champagne lace and long sleeve jacket.

The front. My mother in law was taking the picture while I was asking her what she was doing.

The front again. As you can see I was so thrilled with this dress.

Overall Opinion – I thought it was pretty, but it made me itch like no tomorrow!! So that one was a no!!

Dress #2 –
Similar to dress one. Long sleeve lace coat over strapless satin A-line gown with beaded lace appliques.

The front. I was waiting to talk to the credit people but when they got on the line, they didn’t want to talk to me all they wanted to say was I needed a co-signer.

The back. The lady I was standing behind was my consultant. She was a sweet heart. Again, still waiting to talk to the credit people.

Overall Opinion – Again, it itched like crazy. So this one was a no.

Dress #3 –
Embroidered satin A-line with split front overskirt.

The front. This is the only picture of me in this dress. I didn’t even walk out of the door. And as you can see by my facial expression I HATED this dress. It was pretty on the hanger, but that was it.

Overall Opinion – I HATED this dress. So this one was a no.

Dress #4 [THE ONE] –

I have no real description for it other than the fact it is absolutely perfect. The pictures to follow doesn’t do it [or me] and justification.

The front. As you can, I was thrilled with this dress. It’s a very genuine and honest smile right there. I walked out of the room, looked in the mirror, and just couldn’t help but look in shock!!

After that, she put on the veil, the tiara, and the blusher.

I was so fucking happy. I wanted to walk out of the store with all of that on. My engagement ring is in the picture as well. I don’t think I can make the picture bigger without making it look like shit.

The back. The veil is as long as the train of the dress. All around the edges of it, there are decorations. Not sure if you can see them in anyone of the pictures though.

Overall Opinon – I ABSOLUTELY LOVE THIS FUCKING DRESS. It’s the one that I will be wearing on May 19, 2007!!

I had so much fun that day!! I can’t wait to be able to wear it with my hair all done up, make up and all of that fun stuff!! Only 7 more months!!
