The roll over of ’06

I survived Dear Diary
Are You Kidding me?!

Well hey there everyone. I have some interesting news for you. Mom and I got into a car accident. Mom ended up flipping the truck. What happened was we were going to work, we came to an intersection where there people on the left and the right had to stop and people going straight had the right of way. Well we were coming down there road, we had the right of way, and this little red car refused to stop at the stop sign. Mom swerved to avoid being hit by this car, mom lost control, we zig zagged, the truck did a 180 and flipped down the little hill. We ended up in a farmers feild. The guy that caused this mess didn’t even stop to see if we were alright. Mom and I were hanging upside down. We landed on the roof. My legs were laying out of the window. The windows shattered. But mom and I didn’t get hurt too bad. We didn’t break anything. They had to to cut moms door to get both my mom and I out. We went to the hospital to get checked out. I got the worse part of the injuries. I had to get a back x-ray, a CAT scan, and another x-ray. Come to find out that I got whiplash, a tiny fracture, and come to find out that the bones at the bottom either a rotting away because of age, or it’s been like that since I was born. Mom and I got discharged at different times. We got out of the hospital about 7ish. It’s hard to believe we walked away from the accident. We got the paper today and we made it. Pictures and all. This is what it said:

Two women sustained what appeared to be minor injuries Saturday afternoon when the west-bound sport utility vehicle they were traveling in flipped over and landed in a field off of Emerson Road. Driver Cheryl W., 39, of Clifton Springs, told Ontario County sheriff’s deputies that she swerved to avoid hitting a southbound car that ran a stop sign at the intersection of Sandhill and Emerson roads. The car, described as a red compact, did not stop. W.’s daughter, Amanda S., 19, was a passanger in the car. Both were transported to Thompson Hospital with what appeared to be minor injuries, police said.

Crazy stuff huh? That was the excitement for the past couple days.

On better news, John and I got back together. He came to the hospital with me and he stayed with me until I got discharged. He spent the night with me to make sure I was ok. I am so happy he did.

But I am going to go for now and scan the picture from the paper and post it in this entry. Until next time…PLCG!!

Please, please, PLEASE, help me! I’ve been looking and looking for a working version of the code you have that changes the “Leave a Note” thing. Can you help me out and let me know what it is? You can leave a note or email me. My email is on my diary. IF you do so, you will have saved my sanity! RYE: That is amazing! Somebody was looking after you, that’s for sure.
