Summer of Gunpla | Pictures of cardboard boxes
Ultranerd image-flood imminent.
Notice PG Strike is missing as I had to source him from another supplier. Skygrasper looks like a bit of a dill on its own there.
MG Kampfer is Jack’s. MG Strike Noir is my brother’s, though if he doesn’t want to keep it, I get it.
I’m actually hoping he does want it so that I can build my own MG Strike frame. I may still get MG Aile Strike as I owe it to myself after the NG 1/100s and the PG, but the modified frame of MG Noir would suffice.
Everything else is Rok’s.
MG Turn A is gorgeous. I’m going to have to get myself one. Hyaku-Shiki is Jack’s.
My High Grades.
Rok’s stands and decals for Unicorn Gundam.
At the end of it, I walk away with these. Not a Master Grade in sight.
I’ve purchased most of my MGs locally. Will order a few from Japan over the next few months.
Strike Freedom I’ve already built, but I couldn’t bear to leave it out of this stellar lineup.
Still have a little chuckle at MG Hi-Nu having a PG size box.
MG F91 is absent from this shot because as much as I still love the Gundam design, I was less impressed with the construction. Understandable though given the size restraints.
No I don’t watch the shows. They are… I’ll be kind. Not to my liking. There you go, I was nice about it.
If you haven’t noticed, I adore backpacks.
At some point I may take geek-photos of my NGs and HGs for more backpack/fin/prong/jet glory, boxes and/or completed models. At the moment though I have no taste for decals but I’d best get cracking. Rok’s Gundams look amazing fully finished.
We also need Seed markers – markers in general are hard to come by here. Will look at importing some from Hong Kong as Japan has banned all export of any chemical goods, even markers.
Are they coming out of the boxes?
