We got it!

Had a call tonight from the agent of the house we wanted to rent and we got it. The owner was a little concerned about our dogs, but she is a dog person and she really liked us and our references were fantastic and she wanted us in the property so she talked the owners around. We sign the lease on the 16th of this month so we will be in the new place for Christmas!

Such a relief!

But the universe is looking out for us. Two weeks ago we were stressing about not having the money to move and now suddenly there is 2 and a half thousand spare cash for us to move. All in the space of 48 hours. Thank you government and the tax man. Never thought i would utter those words! LOL

Just watched the shorts for Memoirs of a Geisha Girl which is due out in December. I can’t wait. I have a real affinity with Geisha for some reason, also with Japan. I really want to go back there one day. The last film that really moved me was The Last Samuri.

Well I haven’t really all that much to say, I was just relieved about the house and wanted to share. I have to be up at 2.30am so time for bed.

Just another little piece of me…..

*EDIT* I didn’t mention that DH is starting work at 3am and I offerered to drive him into work seeing I have the day off today. It is his last shift at this time for the week and he was dead tired. I was worried about him driving in, staying awake at work and then managi8ng to get home on his scooter all without killing himself.
