How Dragons are born…..
Today we went and made dragons for our girls day out. It was fantastic fun. The place where we do it is up in the hills in this artists house. She does all kinds of workshops and it is a fantastic space. It feels really good and relaxing up there. We arrived at 11am and got straight into it.
This is the beginnng of my dragon
Looking a little slug like I know but trust me it does take shape in a little while!
Rear view!
Getting there slowly.
Still very undragon like….
Starting to take shape.
Why hello there!
And a dragon is born 🙂
All up he probably took us around 3 hours to make, we stopped and had morning tea and lunch. We should be able to pic them up in about 3 weeks once they are dry and have been fired. Now I just have to name him….any ideas?
Just another little piece of me…..
Ahhhh!!!!!!!!!! That’s so cool! You really have a talent for sculpting. I wish we had something like that around here. It’d just be perfect to go make a dragon 🙂

That is awesome. Really, really great work. Are you going to leave him natural or paint him? Or are you going to wait to see how he comes out fired before you decide? As for names… uhh… Fluffy? Adoringly yours,

Wow, great work! 🙂 I’m sure it was a lot of fun to make it. You could name it Bruce… after the Diary Master. 😉

I see notes you leave for Egocentric and decided to come over and read. I love your dragon. It makes me feel creative. I added you as a favorite so that you can check out my diary. If I pass the test I would like to be able to read more of your diary. My Name is Karen.
