Buses and trains

I caught the train yet again this morning. Whilst standing squished between a rail and a smelly armpit I was looking at a young girl and noticed she was reading a pregnancy magazine. I remember thinkig to myself that she didn’t look pregnant and so she was either trying or had just discovered that she was. This took me on a nice little trip down memory lane about when I was hoping to concieve and when I first fell pregnant with my son and how I gobbled up anything I could read that would prepare me for the months to follow.

My attention was drawn back to the young lady when she sat forward and broke out into a sweat. The lady next to her asked if she was ok. The poor thing didn’t get a chance to reply, she was suddenly throwing up, middle of the train carraige in peak hour traveling.

My heart so went out to her and I was so grateful that i never suffered a moments morning sickness when I was pregnant.

Just another little piece of me…..
