Rekindling the Self Spark

I found her there in bits of apathy,
shattered fragment, part of me,
jagged edge, sharp and tact,
despite the lack, of being whole.

A small reclaim of self, one less
missing chip, how easy it is to slip,
her back into place, that part of face,
kiss of grace, back behind the eyes.

No more misfires, no clicking click,
that did the trick, to fix the fix,
her hum in my ears, switching gears,
We pick up the pace.
