my bum is snoring

 I think I’ve been sitting here on the couch for too long, my butt is completely asleep.

Down to 10 days.  🙂  Tomorrow will be single digits!  The time has gone by fairly quickly, once that first week is up it gets much easier.  I talked to Matt for a little while yesterday, his trip to Italy was good.  When he got back to Schipol Monday night it turns out Avis locked up the keys to his rental car so he had to spend yet ANOTHER night in the airport.  🙁  Poor guy!  I can’t wait until the 25th!  I’m trying to plan a great welcome home but not sure what to do really.  The idea of coming home to a candle-lit apartment and yummy dinner in the crock pot sounds good to me but not sure what he’d think.  I wonder if I could swing that…  Hmm.  Thoughts?

I can’t believe how fast this weekend has gone by.  4 days at work NEVER go by this quickly!  Ooh it’s getting to be about bed-time already.  Sheesh.  Only 3 days this week, thank goodness.

It’s been cloudy and rainy here the past few days, I’ve kind of forgotten what the sun looks like.  It’ll be hot soon enough though and I will be begging for winter to come and cool things down.  For now I just want to go outside in jeans, flip flops and a tank top and not freeze.  Oh, it’d be nice to wear some shorts and get a bit of a tan.

Well my movie is done.  I better go get ready for bed.  Later taters. 🙂
