my boyfriend’s back

I am watching Widget stalk a very wee beetle over by the fireplace.  It’s amusing.  🙂  He’s not been into bugs ever since the gross tasting spider incident, he just paws at them now.  Did I ever write about the gross tasting spider?  I don’t think that I did.  I had opened up the door to run outside to my car and this little spider came running inside.  I was like "eh, whatevs Widget’ll eat it" so went down to my car and came back up to the apartment and back inside.  As I came in Widget was busy getting ready to nom on the spider when he promptly spits it back out and GAGS.  I’ve never seen a cat gag like that before!  I started cracking up while Widget sat there opening and closing his mouth like he had a bad taste in it and the spider started to run away.  I ended up squishing it wondering if it was poisenous since Widget didn’t want to eat it.   I always feel so guilty when I kill bugs.  🙁  I know, I’m twisted.

So the boy is back home!  🙂  I went and picked him up last night around 8ish, after the lovely tornado watch we were having was over.  It’s nice to have him back home, I missed him just a wee bit!  He brought me back wooden shoes!!!  I am bummed though because they are too small for me.  🙁  I guess the next size up he knew would be way too big.  I think we’re going to try to saw them down a bit, maybe I can squeeze my feet into them after there is a little room.  Either way they are so neat, bright yellow and cheerful!  I’d totally wear them to work and clop around in them, hehehehe.  Didn’t do a whole lot last night since he was pretty tired, showered together and messed around a bit before he passed out.  😉  Woke up again around 3AM and did a little more messin’ around.  Now that is what I am talking about!

Today we went and got some breakfast at Panera and stopped at the grocery store for a few things.  I need to go find a new wallet today and take back some jeans I bought for Matt because they are too long.  🙁  I think he liked the jeans themselves though, trying to branch him out from the usual carpenters jeans he always wears.

Have I ever wrote about what a random puke magnet I am?   A while back I was at a stop light on my way to work when this guy in the next lane over from mine and one car up just opens his door and start puking!  And keeps puking and puking and puking.  I’m thinking to myself "man, should he even be driving right now?"  So gross!  Not too long ago I was at Wal*Mart walking out of the store to my car when I hear someone making a dramatic "whooohuuaaaal’ noise.  I look over thinking someone is just being silly and there is this little boy standing next to a car barfing his guts up.  Gross!  And you know what his mom does after he finishes up puking?  Wipes up his face, clothes and shoes and proceeds to go shop!  I mean, really?!  I would have gotten back in the car and gone back home!   And yesterday I was walking back to my car after putting my shopping cart in the little return thingy and the guy parked right across from me is standing next to his car throwing up and throwing up.  His friend was like "aw come ON man!"  I must have stopped dead in my tracks for a second because he looks up at me and looks me straight in the eye.  I didn’t mean to stop, I guess I was just suprised or something?  Grossed out?  Trainwreck, must stop and stare?  Anyway, I am a random puke magnet and it’s gross.  Why can’t I be a parking lot money magnet?

Man, I can’t believe the weekend is over already!  I really need to get used to only having 2 days off again.  I think that is going to take me the longest to get used to!  And working 5 days a week too.  Who does that?  😉

Aight, I’m out of here, gonna see if the boy wants to go to the mall with me.  Later taters!
