zzz…

I am sleepy!  It’s going to be a long night tonight, I think.

I stayed at work a bit late today since I had a meeting with Jeremiah to attend…that was OK although I always feel so strange sitting in a room alone talking to him.  It kind of feels like an interview?  That is the best way I know to descibe it.  After I finally left work I stopped at the grocery store to get fixings for fudge since it is this tech/eng crew’s last night on my shift for 4 months.  SADNESS.  Not that I don’t like people on the other shift – I do, it’s just that these guys are generally more motivated to get stuff done.  Maybe things have changed though.

So once I finally got home I hopped into bed with Matt for a few minutes(he got home last night 🙂 🙂 🙂 ) and then got up and made the fudge.  I was going to make my fabulous chocolate chip cookies but they take entirely too long to make so fudge it was.  I had a beer and then went to bed around 8:30A finally.  Had a little lovin’ and then didn’t really want to go to sleep since I knew Matt was going to be home all day.  I eventually got some zzz’s but not much, I kept waking up all day listening for Matt doing whatever Matt does while I sleep just to make sure he was home and I wasn’t dreaming.  I heard him come into the bedroom around 3:30P and I got up to shower with him.  So yeah, it’s almost 5 now.

I don’t want to go to work tonight!  It’s probably going to be slow again so that means the 12 hours will crawl by…  Oh well, at least it is my last night this week.  I am not sure if we are doing breakfast in the morning or not, I hope that we do!

Not sure what is going on this weekend for New Years, I wouldn’t mind going out but I am okay with staying at home with Matt too.  As long as we are together then I really don’t care!  I am sure we’ll watch some football at some point in time, go get some beer and wings as well.

Nothing else left to say…not that I ever have anything worth saying.  🙂  Later taters!
