before I get too distracted

Okay updating before I forget and wander off to do laundry and wrap Christmas presents.

So the dentist went fine today.  Had my cleaning and polishing done and then had to have X-Rays taken of my bottom 2 widom teeth.  Uuuuurg.  I gag like crazy when they take those X-Rays.  Does this happen to anyone else?  Cindy(my hygenist) kept telling me to breathe through my nose and I’m trying but my nose is semi-stuffed up.  Dr. Rosinszki pops his head in and says "No gagging!"  I was like "Hahaha, you’re funny!"  I really do like all of them though.  🙂  So after my check-up and all of that he asked me if I had ever thought about getting braces.  I told him I had been toying with the idea of it and I was given 2 referals.  I’ll get a consultation with each of the referals and see how much it might cost.  I figure if I have insurance and the money then why not get my teeth totally fixed?  It’s not like I have a bad smile but one of my teeth is really crooked and drives me nuts(my family and I refer to it as my party tooth since it is so out of place) and my bottom teeth could use a little re-aligning.  I don’t know.  Am I being too vain for wanting to be 100% confident and happy with my smile?

I went to Starbucks for some coffee(wanted to try the Eggnog Latte) and I was waiting for my drink next to another lady.  The barista hands her the coffee and she’s going "Okay…start naming my drink."  So he’s rattling off this HUGE list of things(ya know, non-fat blah blah blah wah wah wah) and then he adds "whipped cream."  She goes "Oh NO, I don’t think so!" and sticks her hand out in his face and then LAUGHS like it’s fucking hilarious to be a bitch.  I really hope that he spit in her drink.

Popped by work after my appointment to help Tom out with some of his documents/specs that he’s been working on.  I did a lot of proof-reading and editing which I enjoy doing more so than actually writing it myself.  I guess it’s easier.  🙂  Spent about 2 hours there then came home.  Matt and I had dinner at Baja Fresh tonight and then did our Two-For Tuesday at Cold Stone.  Mmmmmmm.  I’m full and happy right now.

Now I am just browsing the internet for some black shoes.  I have some black K-Swiss but I don’t like them much.  I’ve worn them maybe 2 times for work and they still look brand new.  I am thinking of selling them on E-Bay…  Anyway looking for black sneaker type shoes, maybe some Sketchers.  I’m always looking out for the perfect pair of  ‘Roos too!  So far the ones I REALLY like no one ever has in my size.  It is tragic.

Bleh, my throat is kind of getting sore.
