diapers and poopy

Did you know that diapering a six month old is an Olympic sport? Neither did I until a couple of days ago. She has decided that diaper changes are not needed and Mommy should allow her to run naked everyday, all day. She wiggles. She rolls. She cries. She screams. All of this just to make and escape. It is a bitch to change her dirty butt.

I was changing her tonight on my bed and ohmigod she was so full of poopy. Of course we were doing the don’t change my diaper dance and she managed to wipe a path of shit down the front of my leg. I was a little grossed out (read gagging uncontrollably!!!). I didn’t think I was going to get it all off my leg before I puked. Now don’t get me wrong, I can handle any amount of poop in her diaper, but that is where it should be. When it comes to getting the shit on me, well that is where I draw the line.

I have discovered that she loves yogurt. It seems to be her favorite food. I just gave her cherry and she ate the whole eight-ounce container. I have never seen her get so happy over a food. She was bitching at me to get it in her mouth faster. I can’t believe that she ate the whole container. She hasn’t even eaten a whole jar of food in one sitting yet. I guess we have a new favorite.

We had a beef stew for dinner last night and I fed her out of that. I pulled out some taters, carrots, green beans and peas and mashed them a little bit. I left a few chunks in hope she would try to chew. It went great. She likes green peas. They are my favorite food after potatoes, so I am happy she likes them too. Maybe she will have Mommy’s taste buds and not Daddy’s freaky ideas of good food. Oh, and Granny Sue gave her, her first non-jarred banana mush. I know its bad to be lazy and use only jarred foods, but I don’t know if I would be any good at making foods for her. Anyway, we weren’t to sure about the mashed banana. I think it was a little too chunky for her. Alls she knows it that banana is supposed to a soupy mush that she can slurp off the spoon. J

Sunday will be her first visit to Chuck E. Cheese’s. It will be Jesse’s fourth birthday and he LOVES it there. I get worn out, but he and Joseph have a blast. You should she Joseph playing with all the little kids on the video games, he fits right in. It’s a trip.

Let me see. What else is interesting enough for y’all? Not that anything I have said has been that captivating. Oh, yeah. I did two more assignments for my medical billing course. One hundreds on both. Yay me!!! My average is 98. Not the 100 I wanted, of course, but it will do. I am doing my reading for the fourth test, but this section has gotten boring and tedious. I am having trouble staying focused on it. I am ready for the harder more involved stuff like anatomy and actual coding. Do the work Mandy. You are paying a shit load of money to be able to work at home. Do the work and quit your bitching.

Oh goody!!! Its four in the morning. I am going to bed. Y’all take care and hug those babies tight.
