All righty then…

As I promised, a real entry, since I know you all are dying to hear what I have to say. Yeah, I know I’m full of shit.

1. We have two teefs.

Yes!!! Finally!!! Two of her teeth have broken through. I thought it would make it easier on her, but she is still so sick. She had awful diarrhea yesterday. She would grunt to make the poopy and the cry because it was burning her hiney. Poor thing.

2. We sit up and stay sitting up.

Yes, trying to sit is a thing of the past. We sit and we are a pro at it. Oh, and crawling, we’ve got that down too. As soon as I put her down on the floor, she is off to find something to chew on and her favorite thing is electrical cords. Just when I think that I have them all moved or put away, there she is with another. I informed Joseph last night that we are fucked. We have two children under the age of five that are mobile. At least I can put her in the high chair with a cookie or a toy while I cook or clean.

3. Jumperoo.

These are one of the greatest toys ever made. She can bounce, swing, and jump till her hearts content and I don’t have to run her down every five seconds. I love watching her in it. She squeals when she sees me setting it up for her to play in. Jesse likes to help her bounce. I wish I had of known about it when Jesse was little, that think would have kept him busy for hours.

4. Second interview.

Have I told y’all about the new job I am trying to get? I can’t remember. Oh well, if I didn’t, here you go. If I did, sorry to repeat. I am trying to get a job at the hospital down the street as an operator. Only a dollar more an hour than What-a-burger, but they pay shift differentials and have holidays, something never seen at a burger joint. Oh, and insurance for the family, something we need desperately. Anyway, I was one of two people called back for the second interview. I am hoping that she will call me back this week for a drug test. They have already started the background checks on me; I am taking that as a good sign. You see, when you work for a hospital, there are many, many, MANY laws that have to do with Medicaid and Medicare and they have to make sure that I am not a fraud. I’ve got my fingers crossed.

5. Piece of shit backstabber at work.

I don’t give a damn right now. Hopefully I won’t be there much longer.

6. Speeding ticket.

Self explanatory. I will sign up for defensive driving this week.

7. Car got broken into.

Some little fuckers got inside my car and took all the change out of it. Whoopty shit!!! I think there was about five bucks in there. Grow the hell up!!! They took my mom’s handicap placard and my grandfather’s, too. Hers can be replaced, his can’t. He passed away two years ago and it was just a keepsake, but it really pisses me off that it was taken.

8. New HDTV.

Joseph has a new toy. We are getting it from one of those rent to own places. I know we end up paying triple for it, but we could never afford to buy one outright and our other TV croaked.

I guess that’s pretty good for now. Its four in the morning. I want to sleep. Good night. Y’all take care and hug those babies tight.

Yay for the teeth and the new tv 🙂 Speeding tickets suck, I have yet to get one, but I have been pulled over a few times, so my luck will run out eventually 😛 *hugs* MeL
