Send your kids to camp!

♥ Do you have little girls? Do they want a summer experience they will never forget? Do you want them to get out of the house and do something fun and active? 

SEND THEM TO CAMP DAVERN!

Here’s the deal. This year our camp director put a challenge out to the staff members. She wants us to get girls registered for camp this summer and the staff who can rope in the most campers gets free swag. Everyone wants the swag (and let’s be honest, I wouldn’t mind free stuff either!) but the ultimate goal here is to get people coming to camp and spreading the word about one of the YMCA-YWCA’s most undiscovered treasures. Camp Davern is such a great place for girls aged 6-16 to come and discover who they are and what they are capable of. I’m not just saying this because I work there, either. I’m saying it because it’s true.

So, check out the website and tell your friends and neighbours and family members about Camp Davern – located about an hour outside of Ottawa, Ontario Canada.  Tell them to put my name (Meghan MacDonald) in under the person you heard about them from and get those girls to sign up asap before spaces get filled!
