Redecoration.

 I’ve changed my open diary page again, obviously, but I was actually talking about my bedroom.  5 years is a long time for me to not change anything in here and I am itching for new look. I picked out a nice dusty mauve comforter and I’m currently searching for gray sheets. I’m going to paint next month, probably a deep, rich looking gray. I’m still trying to figure out what to do with my monster desk. It can’t stay- it’s too big and ugly. I remember how much I loved this desk when I first bought it- it seemed perfect. It’s big, but it has a lot of storage, which I need. My mother constantly complains that I have too much "stuff" because my room is packed to the ceiling and it looks messy. In reality, the things I own aren’t junk and it’s really not all that much- it just appears to be because I have to keep it all in one little 9X10 foot room. 

I’m thinking that I should pack some stuff up in boxes and put it in the basement. There are a few things I don’t need to keep in here because I never use them, but there are also things I don’t want to pack up that take up a lot of space (DVD’s, for example).  I’ve been looking at furniture, but other than knowing I want something to put my computer on, I don’t know what to look for.  I can’t decide between black or white for starters. I think white would look better with the gray theme I’m going for, but black would look better if I ever decided to change the theme again (which let’s face it, is bound to happen). One thing is for sure, I need to get a smaller computer chair.
