General Update

 Dear Diary;

♥ I haven’t heard much from anyone about the job. I emailed Kim, as I said, and she emailed me back and said that it was great that I accepted and that she would pass it along to Kate (her/my boss) and that Kate would be in touch with me. Soooo, I’m waiting. I still catch myself being amazed when I think about going back to camp and being the director. I’ll be thinking about stuff I’ll want to do and then it will hit me- Holy shit, I’m going to be the fucking DIRECTOR this year. Of course, this leads me to thinking about it being a year-round job which leads me thinking about moving to Ottawa and of course, getting my own apartment and that leads me to decorating my apartment and buying furniture and then I get WAY ahead of myself and snap out of it.

♥ I have to discuss the last day of camp with Kate when I get a chance because the last day of camp also falls on the day that I’m supposed to photograph that wedding. You know, the one I did the engagement photos for back in November and haven’t heard a peep about since. Yeah, that one. *cue worried/confused look on face*

♥ I dyed my hair the other day. No pictures because really, it’s not all that different. It’s just all one colour now instead of light ends and dark roots. Ha! I’m going to get it cut someday soon too- but nothing drastic. If I ever decide to chop all my hair off again- remind me of the last time I did that, k?

♥ Spring has sprung! Actually, it sprung a few weeks ago and I’m just now getting around to writing it. Easter weekend was amazing- we’re talking 29 degrees and sunny, sunny, sunny. We raked the lawn that weekend and now it’s all green and lush.

♥ I’m going to go wash my sheets and hang them on the clothes line so they smell super fresh!! Mmmm, my favourite smell ever.

I know how the mind spinning goes. It’s fun, too, though. =) Oh, I love the smell of sheets fresh from the line. Ah!!!
