Earth Hour

Dear Diary;

*Yawn*
I’m tired today and I’m not sure why. My cat is meowing like crazy to go outside and there are 2 people out there sitting on their asses too lazy to get up and walk 5 steps to the damn door. I’ll have to go let him out.

This evening from (I believe) 8:30-9:30 EST is Earth Hour. Last year mom and I played scrabble while dad sat in the living room and watched tv. He never participates in anything.

Last night a friend of my mom’s brought her laptop over with her highspeed internet stick from Rogers so that we could see how it works and determine if we would get a signal out here in the boonies. I guess it worked really well and we got a better signal than they did at their house so now dad is determined he’s going to get one of them. We’ll see….. we’ll see.
