It went well..

Dear Diary;

My ultrasound went well today. I was a little nervous just because- hello- someone’s touching my least favourite body part, but it wasn’t that bad. The woman was really sweet and nice but I gotta say, when she started pressing on my full bladder I wanted to give her a little kick.

I have to call and make another appointment with my doctor for next week to get the results. She seemed really focused on my right kidney for some reason and the specialist came in to make sure she got a good picture. I’ll have to wait and see what that was all about.

I work tomorrow, thurs, fri and sat. – overnights. Ugh. I’ll be dead on my feet by Sunday.

I’m so glad it’s over. Whew! I hate waiting for results, though. Thinking of you, sweetie.

Glad it went well…don’t worry too much over the kindey thing! – I had an ultrasound in SF and the tech was facinated with my kindey’s – apparently they were exceptionally long. Then she said “you’re going to be tall”…to which I replied “I’m already 6’0!” She even called the specialist in to look at it too, and he said the exact same thing – AWKWARD! Don’t stress too much over work!!! :HUGS:

RYN: You always leave me great notes, Meggie. It really is funny that so many lovely people think they might have irritated me, when the people who really leave the icky notes never think it might be them!!! Ack!
