Did we ever go on holiday

Ok I started an entry and completed it and then because my pc is playing up I lost the damn lot!!! So not only am I not motivated to do anything, not only am I in the mood of “I don’t give a toss!” but now I am really pissed off!!!! So to the best of my knowledge the entry went something like this!

Don’t you hate that feeling of when you come back from holiday it feels like you have never been away, that the holiday is but a distant memory only to be remembered when somebody asks you a question about your holiday. Its a bummer and for me a total demotivator.

First week back and work has been full on with testing testing testing on the new system which we go live with tomorrow. I’ve even worked late a few nights last week and worked yesterday with the final testing. So tomorrow we go live and I run for the hills as it crashes down around our ears 🙂

The house is a mess, the lawns are a jungle, the garden is nothing like a garden and its raining today so we cant even get out and play, which on reflection might not be such a bad thing cause I am in “I dont give a toss” mode.

DJD wants to make a shopping list and go get our weeks worth of groceries which is an extremely sensible thing to do but I dont give a toss right now about going shopping or making lists….hmmm wonder how I can distract him…..hee hee

What else dont I give a toss about…lets see…..the fact we haven’t even unpacked yet, the fact that I need to do clothes washing so I can wear clothes next week….ok maybe I do give a toss about this one cause I dont think going to work naked is really a very good alternative.

The animals seem happy to see us but Cola has gotten into a horrible pattern of waking at 3am and barking the place down for the next hour even after we both yell at her to shut up!!! Whats with that??? Maybe she doesnt give a toss that she is disturbing our beauty sleep and lord knows we sure need it 🙂

Oh there is just so much I couldn’t give a toss about, oh the garden we are going to re-organise the garden beds and its going to look wonderful when finished but right now I dont give a toss about doing it myself and would rather pay somebody to make our dream a reality.

Right that my lot I think, oh have I told you the story about the kookaburra??? Maybe I’ll leave that to another time when I give a toss about writing it!
